 What payment methods are offered?

     How do I protect my credit card information?

  • The information submitted on our web site is protected by the highest level of industry-standard SSL encryption. All of the credit card or checking account information received is then encrypted a second time and stored on our secure billing servers.

     What is the billing increment?
    Solution
  • Each CallMaster Plan is associated with a different billing methodology. You choose how you would like to get charged. The equipment is a one time charge and is billed at time of shipping. The service Plan will always be billed on the 27th for the following month. The agreed upon “Security Deposit ” will be reviewed periodically and on our selected date will be charged to bring the account up to the selected amount. (This amount should cover the calling on a monthly basis, so charging is one time per month)

    Depending on your calling pattern, you can choose the billing pattern you want to be charged.

     Do I receive an invoice from my calling?
    Solution
  • Not at all. You will received a monthly notice that the previous monthly billing is available in “My Account”. If you need an invoice for accounting. Please print a copy of this page. CallMaster is also updating this service to e-mail invoicing for your own accounting purposes.
